This remodel involved updates throughout the unit including the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms.  The goal was to modernize the unit, while maintaining original character defining details of the Edwardian era building. 

We re-imagined the kitchen layout to create a linear kitchen and added a built-in pantry and banquette to maximize storage and add seating.  One bedroom made use of a historic fireplace by adding a new built-in electric fireplace, and new built-in storage. We wanted to celebrate the original architectural details that remained while updating the unit for modern life.
